Make your favorite chocolate cake recipe. You don't need special tools to cut layers, just patience.
Butter cream frosting is mostly whipped butter and powdered sugar.
Mix in the Dulce de Leche (just a boiled can of sweetened condensed milk).
Determine who in your family deserves to lick the beater. Hint: It is probably YOU!

I am not a pastry chef or much of a cake decorator, but what my cake lacks in looks, it more than makes up for in taste. Dulce de Leche is a great flavor for butter cream frosting. Think butterscotch, or a light caramel flavor. Add that to the deep dark chocolate cake, and you will have to make two if you want anyone else to have some.
